We are working alongside one of WA's leading utilities brands who are seeking high level HR People Partners / Senior People Advisors to join their teams for short term temp assignments of 6 - 8 months with the potential to extend.

Location - Between Perth CBD and Forrestdale

Duration
- Initially 6 - 8 month temp assignment, potential for permanency

Pay rate - $60 - $65ph + super

Hours - Full time hours, Monday - Friday

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for collaborating and partnering with strategic and operational leaders of the organisation to support forthcoming programs and initiatives. Your key objectives will include cultivating proactive and valued business relationships, gaining a thorough understanding of the business and its objectives, and delivering expert guidance, advice, coaching, and direction to address intricate personnel challenges as they emerge.

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic programs and routine tasks aligned with the clients People Strategy and support the rollout of corporate initiatives while maintaining compliance with HR best practices, relevant policies, frameworks, awards, and corporate governance standards.

Some key responsibilities:

- Provide guidance, input, and assistance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, and enhancement of capability.
- Establish strong relationships with strategic and operational leaders within the organisation to foster leadership and employee development, plan for future workforce needs, enhance employee performance, manage risks, and facilitate the development and execution of key people programs.
- Collaborate with formal leaders to fulfill their workforce management responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary contact for the clients' leadership team within the assigned portfolio.
- Effectively manage unpredictable, high-volume workloads by prioritizing tasks and conducting risk assessments.
- Offer support in resolving various and complex employee workplace issues, including performance concerns, grievances, and investigations into misconduct/serious misconduct, in line with modern best practices.
- Analyse trends and metrics in collaboration with HR to devise solutions, programs, and policies.

Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
- Extensive generalist experience covering a broad spectrum of HR functions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to a diverse operational and professional workforce. Outstanding organizational and analytical skills honed through managing complex human relations projects.
- Solid business acumen enabling the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced influencing abilities, focusing on motivating and developing individuals while driving behavioral change.
