Exciting HR Business Partner opportunity

**Your New Role**

This is a role based with a well-known brand North of the River. Your new role as HRBP, your key areas of responsibility will include:

- Providing professional human resource and industrial relations advice and support to staff and managers, including, but not limited to: investigation and resolution of complex disputes, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Represent the employer in FW Commission or to the Ombudsman as required.
- Partner with managers to support the achievement of relevant departmental and organisational key performance indicators, workforce planning, performance management, engagement, wellbeing, ER matters
- Provide advice on the interpretation of policies and procedures, employment legislation and enterprise agreements
- Generate reports and provide data informed risk analysis of employee related matters
- Develop and deliver training/education in HR related topics
- Assist in the development, implementation and coordination of HR systems and services
- Assist with the development and implementation of core HR initiatives, projects and programs
- Be the first point of contact for generic employment related advice and queries to managers and employees

**What you need to succeed**

You’ll have extensive experience in a field-based HR/IR role and strong knowledge in employee relations and complex case management, including disciplinary processes, investigations, and grievance resolution. You’ll have relevant People Business Partnering experience with demonstrated capability to interact with employees at all levels. You’ll have the ability to prioritise your time and meet deadlines as required. It is essential that you have qualifications in HRM or Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience.
