Our client is a highly prestigious professional services organisation with opportunity for a Permanent Quality Assessment Officer to join the team. The role will be integral in supporting the delivery of quality and accuracy across teams and help implement robust business assurance and quality control frameworks, risk management initiatives, and operational compliance audits.

**The Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual with a keen interest in Quality Assurance and Risk Management to join our client's team as a Quality Assessment Officer.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting quality control checks to provide insight on the quality and accuracy of service delivery across multiple teams.
- Assisting teams in identifying the root cause of issues/feedback and creating corrective and preventative actions.
- Providing insight to teams on the quality and accuracy of their processes to ignite continuous improvement activities.
- Supporting the development, improvement, and management of quality, accuracy, and compliance frameworks, in line with company policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Assisting with identifying risks and controls within business processes to build a robust control environment.
- Identifying patterns and trends in business assurance data and reporting insights to the Service Excellence Lead.
- Preparing weekly and monthly quality reports for teams.

- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills and a professional approach.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-confidence and a willingness to speak up.
