**Your new company**
Are you a Safety and Wellbeing professional seeking your next opportunity? We are looking for a Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to hit the ground running and join a not-for-profit organisation who specialises in the Aged Care sector. This position is a direct 12-month contract offering fulltime or 4 days per week and does included flexibility to work from home. The role does include metro travel to various residential and community aged care facilities.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Manager, WHS & Injury Management the purpose of this role is to support the development, implementation, assessment and review of a comprehensive Health and Safety framework while working towards promoting positive safety and wellbeing outcomes. Your duties will include, but not limited to:

- Monitoring and assessing health and safety strategies in accordance with legislative and standards
- Identifying and monitoring all risks in the workplace while aiding review safety initiatives
- Contributing to the review, research, development and implementation of policies, procedures and return to work instructions
- Undertaking workplace WHS investigations where risks have been identified or high-risk incidents occur
- Development and delivery of annual WHS audit schedules
