**The Business**
SA Water is proud to deliver an important and essential service to 1.7 million customers every day. For more than 165 years, they have been working together with South Australians to ensure a reliable supply of safe, clean water and a dependable sewage system.

It’s an exciting time to be joining the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team at SA Water. SA Waters ongoing commitment to the safety of their people and the community will see them expand the HS&W team significantly and enhance the team’s capability to enable them to continue to deliver on the strategy.

They are a complex, diverse (24/7) organisation that provides an important and essential service to the people of South Australia. The HS&W team partner with the operational teams across South Australia to ensure that services are delivered with the safety of their people and community, always front of mind.

**About the Role**
The Health and Safety (H&S) Advisor support the partnering relationship to provide health and safety leadership, support, guidance and expertise to relevant business units to prevent harm to people, minimise H&S risks, promote health, wellbeing and early intervention, and achieve H&S objectives.

You will lead by example and promote H&S which is people-centred, risk focussed and systems driven. You will provide H&S leadership, expertise and guidance, and ensure H&S is highly visible in the business unit and promote H&S through engagement and active field-based leadership.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in OHS or a related discipline
- Experience in a similar role within a fast paced multi site environment
- High levels of drive and resistance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid knowledge of applicable legislation and compliance requirements
- A strong customer service focus with a continuous improvement mindset
