**About the role**:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Value Stream Manager to join our Retail Solutions Delivery Team, reporting to the General Manager. As a Value Stream Manager you will co-ordinate the delivery of value across all products within Customer Support. You will ensure your Product Teams work effectively to identify the customer needs and the broader business objectives that a product or feature will fulfil, and rally the Product teams to turn that vision into a reality.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Understanding the entire value stream and drive delivery support of the strategy, ambitions, and objectives of the leadership collective
- maximising the return on investment (ROI) of the development effort across all products within your value stream segment
- Direct contribution to the design and development of Self Service offerings and the effective migration of customer interaction towards these channels
- Support & direct management of Product Owners and their matrix teams to ensure effective identification, prioritisation and shaping of requirements
- Your ability to clearly and credibly articulate relative value / directional priorities is a critical capability in this role
- Working with your Value Stream Manager peer to ensure a programmatic approach is adopted across the design streams

**To be successful you will have**:

- Significant experience in a similar role with direct experience managing Product Owners
- Demonstrated experience in Self Service / Digital Channels and in Channel Migration strategies
- Ability to foster a team culture that encourages open and transparent communication
- Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Extensive stakeholder engagement experience across multiple areas
- Proactive in your approach in managing issues and risks
