Exciting opportunity to join the new Service Stream - Multinet Gas platform project as a Change Manager
About the Role

Service Stream’s Multinet Project Team are currently seeking a Change Manager to join our growing company.

The Change Manager will be responsible for the leadership and rollout of the change management stream of the new Service Stream - Multinet Gas platform project. Reporting to the Program Director, the role will oversee a team and will work closely with the business to ensure the successfully rollout of change, training and comms within approved time and project costs.- Develop and execute an effective Change Management strategy to foster business engagement and adoption of business changes due to transition to a new IT platform;- Work in close collaboration with the other members of the project team to obtain knowledge of the end-state solution to understand the changes and change impact for the business;- Undertake detailed analysis and obtain signoff of the business process changes within the effected groups/users-
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training program for the successful rollout of the new solution for the business, including:
- Development of a Training Needs Analysis, identifying training requirement for each impacted group/role;-
- Training of employees in each area within the business unit impacted by the change;-
- Development and coordination of the training schedule, including the management of room bookings and other support resources to ensure a positive training experience; and-
- Design and implementation of a remote online training approach considering current Covid19 restrictions-
- Coach, motivate and develop a team, fostering a culture of positivity, accountability and customer service- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders,- Develop project schedules, progress reports, status updates and presentations as required by the Program Manager

What do you bring?- Proven change management experience, preferably within the Telecommunications and/or Utilities market- Appropriate change management certifications, e.g. Prosci, APMG-International, PCI, etc. - essential- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing, managing within all levels of an organisation- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent planning and organisational skills-
- High-level analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyse problems, think outside of ‘the box’ and provide tangible, practical and achievable business solutions.- The ability to deliver end-to-end transformational change programs from inception and strategy through to implementation and maintenance/support.
