Full-time Position - Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Reception and administrative support for the Transperth contract
- Location: East Perth
**About the role**
As the receptionist for Transperth you play an integral role in creating a customer focused culture and environment of trust for customers and clients alike. This role involves the key responsibilities of maintaining effective communications, building strong relationships and coordinating activities for the Transperth and Serco leadership teams. You will work with key stakeholders and directly report to the Serco Operational Team. With a customer focus yourself, you will ensure a focus on continuous improvement in customer service and manage Transperth administration requirements.
**About you**
As the receptionist with the Transperth contract, you provide a high level of efficient administrative and reception duties for the Transperth team. You’re a respectful and engaging professional person who demonstrates exceptional values in everything you do and bring demonstrated experience in office administration. In addition, you possess resilience and are oriented to achieving outcomes with a commitment to ongoing learning and personal development.
**_To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Experience in office administration (minimum 3 years) Proven ability to manage competing
priorities and adjust to changing work demands
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting systems and accounts payable processes
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
- The ability to build relationships, establish personal credibility and support the site to provide high quality service.
- Display flexibility, pragmatism and ability to work independently or in a team
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Display motivation and have the capacity to take initiative whilst maintaining a professional, positive and can-do attitude
- Well-developed problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- National Police Clearance (essential)
