**Receptionist - Be the face of SRG Global**

SRG Global is seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our Perth team. This role is critical in shaping first impressions and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

**About the Role**:
As the first point of contact, you will represent the SRG Global brand with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. You will manage multiple priorities seamlessly while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills are essential—you understand that effective communication goes beyond words, fostering rapport, collaboration, and trust with colleagues and clients alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Front Desk & Communication - Manage incoming calls and direct visitors
- Travel Coordination - Arrange flights, car hire, and accommodation
- Mail & Office Management - Handle incoming mail, maintain office tidiness, and restock supplies.
- Meeting & Event Support - Manage boardrooms, coordinate catering, and oversee general office maintenance.
- Administration & Assistance - Perform general administrative tasks as required, including credit card reconciliation, photocopying, and filing.
