We are currently looking for
**a Receptionist **on a part-time basis working
**20 hours per week.**

**Location**:
**Perth CBD**

**Role Purpose**:
To manage the entry of all corporate visitors, customers, and couriers professionally and effectively into the Client’s primary office, coordinate all activities relating to business services and assist with administrative support services to the team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- To be the first point of contact for all building entries and incoming phone calls to the Client’s primary office with a strong customer service focus.
- Coordinate visitor registration and entry to the primary office including the distribution of visitor passes, access cards for team members and contractors.
- Respond in a timely manner to queries from the business in relation to 1st level corporate services support and escalate to relevant team as required in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Review and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner.
- Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support meeting room set up for functions in Co-Lab, managing visitor registration, distribution of additional equipment held at reception.
- Carry out administrative functions and provide clerical services in a timely manner and with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety and health systems.
- Ensure compliance with various policies and standards.

**Requirements of the Job**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business administration and/ **OR** relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a receptionist and/or admin role.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Time management - use time effectively and priorities to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated customer service competence.
- Ability to perform a high level of administrative support.
