Selling throughout New South Wales and Queensland, we engage customers and retailers with agricultural, commercial and residential poly products including rainwater tanks, livestock feeding and watering solutions.
**Description**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the applicant will be responsible to successfully promote and sell Rapid Plas’ products to existing and new clients in an existing territory ranging from SE Qld to Northern NSW. Key part of the role will include ensuring our dealers success and assist them to provide their customers with our poly water storage and livestock feeding solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Actively manage and grow key customer accounts
- Identify potential new customers
- Determine ideal product range for individual dealers
- Plan and conduct customer visits
- Pursue sales target objectives for assigned territory
- Ability to travel through allocated region with 2-3 overnight stays away a week

What we’re looking for
- B2B sales experience in the agricultural and residential markets
- Experience in water storage and or plumbing products as well as rural merchandising environment (advantageous)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong computer literacy including CRM software proficiency
- High organisational ability with strong problem-solving skills
- High level of 'attention to detail'
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
