**What You Will Be Doing**

Reporting to the Director MePACS, the National Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the Organisation meets key KPI’s in relation to customer acquisition and revenue targets as outlined in the MePACS Strategic plan. The role has overall responsibility for the Sales Team inclusive of Inbound Sales, Business Development and Account Managers.
There will be a wide range of strategic and operational tasks to maximise the sales team potential including developing sales strategies that will create awareness and sales of the MePACS service across multiple channels.

We anticipate you will have:

- High order communication and people management skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and achieve results against targets.
- Demonstrated experience at senior level in sales.
- Experience using a CRM system
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- The successful applicant will need to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check (this will be at your own cost)
