Located in the vibrant, multicultural **Sunnybank Hills** on Brisbane’s southside, Bolton Clarke’s **Cazna Gardens** community provides high-quality aged care in a friendly and comfortable residential environment.

Assisting the General Manager, you will provide leadership for all clinical staff in addition to managing all clinical aspects of the home including ACFI and clinical governance in addition to continuing hands-on nursing across the home.

As Clinical Manager, you will work as a senior nursing clinician to provide a variety of generalist nursing duties, including medication management, assessment, coordination and case management and supervision of staff to ensure exceptional care for residents.

**To be successful, you'll have**:

- Previous experience as a Clinical Manager in aged care (will be highly regarded)
- Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership of employees, clinical governance, and ACFI
- Strong communication skill at all levels
- Complete a police check
- NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Australian work rights
- Current Flu Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID 19 vaccinations
