**Position: Fashion Office Assistant**

**About Us**:
Linore Collective, a recently founded wholesaler of women's fashion apparel in Sydney, is in search of a capable and motivated assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct monthly inventory management tasks, including packing, unpacking, stocktaking, and counting.
- Collaborate with the designer for garment fittings (You need to be female sizes 6 or 8).
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
- Coordinate with models and photographers for monthly shoots.
- Renovate and enhance product photos.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Manage label, tag, and poly bag purchase orders.
- Keep order sheets updated and assist in monitoring inventory levels.
- Schedule weekly courier pick-ups.
- Capture fabric card photos and associate them with product codes.
- Generate weekly sales reports.
- Handle customer phone calls.
- Execute tasks efficiently under the director's guidance.
- Input accurate pricing and craft compelling product descriptions.
- Continuously update and manage product listings on our Shopify e-commerce website.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to upload products on the website and various social media platforms.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred experience in e-commerce, inventory management, or related fields.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in garment fitting and inventory management.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and product uploads.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their functions.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must possess legal authorisation to work in Australia.
- Bonus points for knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **1 Year experience in fashion related environment.**:

- Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, inventory management, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic marketing principles and campaign development is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
