**Position: Part-Time/Causal Fashion Assistant (In Office)**

**Location: Alexandria**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in garment fittings
- Provide exceptional customer service to our B2B clientele, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Utilise Excel to manage inventory tasks such as counting stock, organising deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Input and analyse data in Excel spreadsheets to facilitate smooth operations and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflow.
- Help designers with research and designs.
- Edit Images for EDM.

**Requirements**:

- Height of at least 160cm.
- Previous experience in the fashion industry or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use formulas, create spreadsheets, and analyse data.
- Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator adobe software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Availability to work part-time, with flexibility to work 1-2 days a week.
- Potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
- Hardworking and respectful to the manager.
