**About the Role**:
As an Account Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our Account Manager and ensuring smooth office functions. Your role will involve:

- Customer Interaction: Presenting and showcasing our fashion products in our showroom, delivering exceptional customer service, and sharing your product knowledge.
- Sales Support: Assisting our sales team to reach targets and milestones through a variety of administrative tasks and support functions.
- Administrative Duties: Handling diverse office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer accounts and build relationship with regular buyers
- Provide excellent customer service and share your fashion expertise with clients in the showroom, selling full range of styles and present indent ranges.
- Contribute to showroom setup and product displays to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide shooting preparation and onside support.
- Manage social media with your ideas and innovations.

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Knowledge of photo editing but not essential

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Knowledge of MS office.
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, enthusiastic attitude.
- Impeccable attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage various office responsibilities.
- Planning foresight, ability to prioritise workload and issues
- A genuine passion for fashion and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends.
