We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our People, Safety & Quality team on a fixed term basis working 22.8 hours a week. The role will be based on site at our St Kilda office however Hybrid working arrangements may be considered in line with Windana's Work from Home policy.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Organisational Development and Learning Partner, the Learning and Development Advisor plays a key role at Windana, contributing to the development of a high-performing culture and a capable and engaged workforce so that they provide the best possible service to clients. The role ensures the delivery of the learning, engagement and organisational development solutions is smooth, supporting their design, development, and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinating internal and external training for all Windana staff
- Liaising with SMEs to support the creation of tailored online courses
- Administer the end-to-end processes of our learning management system and provide technical assistance to all staff

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Experience/Interest in a Learning & Development role or developing, designing and/or delivering learning programs - knowledge of adult learning principles
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Education and/or Certification IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
- Experience in using Learning Management Systems and HRIS (Employment Hero, GO1 and Culture Amp) will be advantageous
- Interest in the health community sector and health outcomes
