St Michael’s Grammar School is looking for an Activities and Learning Program Coordinator to help grow and administer the Extended Tuition Program (ETP) K-12 and to support the delivery of our Staff Professional Learning Program.

In this role, you will also play a vital part supporting the administration of the staff professional learning program ensuring excellence in teaching and learning.

This role is ongoing, with 0.8 load (flexible across 5 days). There is a requirement to provide supervision at the after school activities, until 5pm.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Before & After School Programs - timely operation and delivery of the extracurricular activities.
- Provide onsite and offsite support for the daily operation and administration of our Extended Tuition Program.
- Ensure seamless scheduling, payments processing, and data management.
- Promote and coordinate extracurricular activities within the school community.
- Provide operational support, including student management, supervision, and induction of program facilitators.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of activities while upholding child safety and occupational health standards.
- Support the administration of the Staff Professional Learning Program, ensuring effective execution of training events.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external providers to foster a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records, report key program outcomes, and ensure compliance with school policies and safety regulations.
