**Description**

**About the role**:

- Oversee the Group Diversity and Inclusion strategy for FY24-26.
- Lead the D&I work on the Gender Equality and Cultural Inclusion pillars.
- Lead any Group D&I activities and coordinate across all D&I pillars e.g. awareness campaigns, education activities, capability uplift, policy review.
- Overlay D&I across the employee lifecycle and leader specific initiatives as part of the D&I strategy.
- Continue to build a greater understanding of our diversity profile at RACQ.
- Design, develop, and implement other organisational development initiatives that support our broader People and Culture strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct organisational diagnostics, identifying areas for improvement and designing interventions to foster an engaged, aligned, collaborative, and high-performing workforce.
- Assist with employee engagement campaigns including the design and implementation of employee surveys, leveraging lessons learnt to optimise outcomes.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or other behavioural sciences-related fields.
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and driving employee surveys, including the design and implementation process.
- Ability to analyse employee data to provide insights and recommendations for organisational improvement.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with senior leaders and C-suite.
- Ability to write reports / papers for C-suite audiences.
- Strong presenting skills.
- Fluent in data analytics and insights within the People analytics domain, particularly as they relate to interpreting engagement survey results and providing associated recommendations to build action plans.
