**Role**: Contact Centre Representative

**Location**: Newstead, QLD

**Rate**: $29.85/hour + Super

**Hours**: Full-Time, 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri

**Operating Hours**: 8am-7pm AEST / 8am-8pm AEDT

**Start Date**: Monday, 18th August

**Vervoe Assessment -**Along with assessing your previous experience, our recruitment process includes an online skills assessment from Vervoe. The Vervoe assessment gives you the opportunity to complete a sample of job related tasks, offering you a glimpse into what it's like to work in this role while allowing us to see your skills in action beyond your resume.

**Save the Date** After Vervo assessment, successful applicants will be invited to our in-person Assessment Centre on **Wednesday, 30th July 2025** at our Newstead office

This role is based in our Newstead Contact Centre Office. Hybrid/work-from-home options are available based on performance after 3 months' tenure, except for late shifts, which are fully remote as described below.

**Supported Induction**:
Begin your journey with 6 weeks of structured onboarding and hands-on support:

- 2 weeks of classroom-based learning
- 4 weeks in a supported "nesting" environment with our trainer and support staff
- E-learning modules to expand your skills and confidence in handling a national patient base

**Remote Flexibility for Late Shifts**:
Once you've hit the 3-month mark, you can enjoy fully remote late shifts (10am-6pm or 11am-7pm AEST / 12pm-8pm AEDT). To be remote-ready, you'll need:

- A quiet, ergonomic home workspace
- Dual monitors and a reliable high-speed internet connection
- A computer or laptop with a working camera

**Hybrid Working Options**:
Daytime shifts (8am-5:30pm) will be based in our Newstead office for the first 3 months with the option to transition to hybrid work after 3 months based on performance.
