**Job Title**: Systems Administrator (Full-Time)
**Location**: Hybrid role based at Newstead (QLD) or Mount Waverley(VIC)

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Information management**: Assist in creating a roadmap for Livepro to leverage new features and design for integration, ensuring data accuracy and standardisation to enhance user experience and customer service.
**Service Delivery & Process Management**: Guide the seamless exchange of knowledge across national site operations and ensure all content complies with current policies and processes.
**Knowledgebase Quality Assurance**: Maintain high-quality, up-to-date, and searchable content, while editing and proofing all Livepro pages.
**Customer Service Improvement**: Collaborate with multiple Business Units to ensure information accuracy in Livepro and rewrite requests into a clear, defined style.
**Change Management**: Define and continually improve knowledge management strategies for Livepro, maintaining hygiene through regular reviews and gathering user feedback for content improvements.
**Relationships Management**: Support and champion change management processes, actively engaging stakeholders and deploying communications and awareness programs related to Livepro.
- Please note that travel within the state and potentially interstate may be required to fulfil the requirements of this role from time to time.

**Technical Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Experience working as a Leader in a Contact Centre or similar.
- Experience working with knowledge base systems is desirable.
- Experience working with the Livepro Management System.
- Demonstrated ability to support and manage others to achieve results.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Focus on continuous performance improvement.
