**About this role**:
***We have an immediate and unique opportunity for a talented Assistant Project Officer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (TAO) team, sitting within the People & Culture function.
As the Assistant Project Officer, you will work in a hybrid environment focusing on exciting projects in an agile environment whilst providing dedicated support to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding over a 6 month period.
Your focus will be on exciting tasks and projects around governance, hiring, onboarding & offboarding and diversity strategy. You will coordinate all documentation, be a tech and systems whiz, and provide ad-hoc support directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding where necessary.
**Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- ** **Creating/working on recruitment documentation, project schedules, coordinating timeframes and following up on due dates and adjustments.
- Ensuring the Director of TAO is kept up to date with all necessary action points, meetings and phases of the projects.
- Assisting with and creation of presentation summaries/ reports that will be presented to stakeholders.
- Working closely and collaborating with internal stakeholders on solutions to assist any systems/process issues for the Director.
- Build relationships with the team and other relevant stakeholders to develop and support the development of projects.
No day will be the same and you will be the ultimate solutions guru for all the weird and wonderful unique challenges in the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team.
**About You**:
- You are a task-master who can mock up a PowerPoint presentation instantaneously, you love variety and can provide strong support around systems and processes.
- You have strong verbal and written skills to develop documents and assist with briefing notes.
- You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and great problem-solving skills, you learn quickly and you’re a natural at building strong and effective relationships to influence and achieve outcomes for the many things you’re juggling.
- You enjoy working autonomously knowing you have support when you need it to get over the occasional hurdles that pop up unexpectedly.

Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at 87,493 base plus superannuation
