**The Opportunity**
This is an exciting opportunity to support a small team of training professionals that develop, maintain and continuously improve training outcomes across the Sojitz Blue group. As a Training Administrator, you will maintain administrative oversight for all training activities for both employees and subcontractors. In addition, you will assist in ensuring said activities are conducted in a manner which guarantees all persons working onsite are authorised, appointed and competent in order to achieve compliance.

Key requirements include but are not limited to:

- Providing Supervisors with accurate and timely assessment paperwork to ensure employees maintain the appropriate competencies to safely operate equipment
- Booking employees into training courses with external providers
- Updating Training Modules and Standard Operating Procedures on the system
- Maintaining crew training matrix
- Issuing online inductions in a timely manner as requested by departments
- Accurately populating and maintaining training database and documentation
- Preparing training related communication for site wide Return to Work presentations.

- Demonstrated experience in g Administration
- Proficient in a range of systems
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- A team player mentality and willingness to take initiative and problem solve.
