Our client is an established and reputable manufacturer & distributor of a niche industrial product range. Currently they are on the hunt for a Product & Innovation Manager to join their tight-knit operation.
For 70+ years, our client has continued to grow, develop and innovate through the decades. Their stability is evident, even through the years of Covid they have had some great success and continue to build on this.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing the functional requirements of the role include the following responsibilities:
- Product Management: Coordination and overall management of existing manufactured product range.
- End-to-end management of new innovative products.
- Product and marketing literature management.
- Market Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and trends within your allocated portfolio.
Additionally you must have:
- NPD experience and an understanding of the Stage Gate Process
- Interiors industry/Hands-on Building skills are preferred but not essential.
