**_About the Role_**

The Technical Product Manager position is a pivotal role that acts as a bridge between our product and external systems, ensuring seamless connectivity, allowing clients to deliver against their marketing strategies, and realise value from their investment in Lexer.

**_ What is the role?_**

As a Technical Product Manager, you will identify, analyse and prioritise opportunities for growth by introducing new products, features, capabilities, innovations, and technologies, and translate these into tangible benefits that exceed our customer needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualise, plan, and execute integration projects that enhance user value and strengthen the overall robustness of our product.

This role is a central hub within Lexer, working closely with Engineering, Business, Technical partners, and customers; extracting and collecting critical information about their needs, their challenges, their industry, the market, and our competitors to build the product vision through product roadmaps.

**_ What are we looking for?_**
- Product management orchestrator (20% of the time) being a central hub for critical information to include: new features, customers insights, market, and progress in the Product Roadmap delivery to customers. Serves as the product owner on product development squads. Collaborate with various teams across Lexer to discuss upcoming releases and gather feedback.
- Product roadmap shaper (20% of the time) Through customer feedback, market
and competitive research, and constant review of customer behaviours, prioritises, and scopes new projects/features/capabilities into the product roadmap. Collaborates with the product team to align the roadmap with underlying strategic technical projects, technical challenges, and long-term engineering and infrastructure objectives.
- Product delivery leader (50% of the time) Work with engineers, delivery managers, data scientists, and other teams to plan, iterate, ship and successfully achieve product outcomes.
Curious customer advocate (10% of the time) Constantly communicates with prospects and customers, actively listening to capture ideas and digest them into a comprehensive roadmap that will fulfill customer requirements. Check-in regularly for their feedback and make adjustments to ensure products are working for their needs.

**_For this role, you will have:_**
- Experience in successfully delivering third-party integration projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
- Proven experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment, familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, JIRA, Confluence, etc. required
- Proven success in developing software products from concept to launch required
- Strong ability to analyse, interpret and present data required
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with APIs required
- Proven ability to: run agile ceremonies, prioritise features, road map planning, perform market assessments, pricing and revenue modeling, translate business to technical requirements and vice versa, defining and tracking success metrics a plus
