**Overview**

As the **Product Manager - Innovation**at **Team Global Express**(TGE), you’ll spearhead the creation of differentiated logistics and eCommerce products that meet emerging market needs and fuel our next phase of growth. You’ll partner with Solution Design, Data Analytics, GTM Strategy and cross-functional teams to validate concepts, build robust business cases, and deliver end-to-end product launches - ensuring our offerings stay ahead of the curve.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Continuously scan industry and customer landscapes to pinpoint innovation gaps and new product ideas that align with TGE’s growth strategy.
- Collaborate with Solution Design and Data Analytics to test feasibility, build financial models, evaluate risks and secure stakeholder buy-in for new initiatives.
- Own the product development lifecycle - from ideation and Agile sprints through to MVP launch, post-launch optimisation and sunset planning.
- Lead integrated project teams (Sales, Operations, Technology, GTM) to ensure timely delivery, clear communication and seamless handover to commercialisation.
- Track product KPIs, gather customer feedback and leverage analytics to refine features, drive adoption and maximise ROI post-launch.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years in a Product Manager role - ideally within logistics or eCommerce - demonstrating successful end-to-end launches.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle frameworks, Agile methodologies and MVP validation processes.
- Strong capability in market research, competitive analysis, financial modelling and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or Aha and familiarity with BI/data analytics platforms for validation and reporting.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills - able to influence C-level sponsors, articulate compelling product narratives and deliver polished presentations.
