**This opportunity**

We are currently seeking a highly driven, self-motivated Internal Communications Manager to join our Internal Communications and Events team, based in North Sydney.

This is a great opportunity to be both strategic and hands-on, creating and delivering internal communications plans aligned with the TPG Telecom vision and strategy. In this role, you will have a high level of engagement with senior leaders across the business and deliver engaging communications that support business outcomes.

You will report to the Head of Internal Communications & Events and form part of the wider People Experience team. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

**Responsibilities**
- Source, create and obtain sign off for inspiring and engaging stories and content.
- Support senior leaders with internal announcements.
- Support the delivery of internal events.

**Are you the one**
- This opportunity will suit a communications generalist who has experience working in a corporate communications capacity within a listed company.
- In addition, you will have superior stakeholder engagement skills, excellent communication skills and are a self-starter who can achieve results with mínimal direction, but loves being part of a small team to get things done.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is a plus along with experience working with various internal digital platforms.
