Epson is a world leader in printer and projector technology, with leading positions in a number of market segments in Australia. We have ambitious future plans and have invested in a brand new Distribution and Customer Support Centre to prepare for future growth based in Yennora. To help us, we now need a new member in our Customer Service team.

The role reports to the Service Network Supervisor and duties include:

- Supporting Epson Authorised Service Partners to meet or exceed agreed service levels
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and resolution of outstanding issues
- Maintaining and managing existing Service Partner relationships
- Conducting initial assessments and appointment of new Service Partners where required
- Assessment of Service Partner performance and Coordination of Training requirements
- Assisting with various ad hoc duties including warranty claims and spare parts availability

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

- Great phone manner with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of one year experience working in customer service, preference having some experience working with a distributed Service Network
- High attention to detail and quality
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Able to work in a dynamic and pro-active team environment
- Previous experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Oracle Service Cloud highly advantageous.
