**About the Role**

We are currently searching for a Returns Coordinator to support and coordinate returns and delivery issues. This includes processing of faulty goods and resolving customer disputes such as damages, short and missing deliveries. You will also be assisting the Sales Coordinator in data entry and answering customer enquiries.

The Returns Coordinator will be part of a small close-knit team, reporting to the Sales Operations & Logistics Supervisor, but will liaise with various internal departments and our logistics/transport partners as well as our customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Processing returns, damage claims and raising insurance claims for lost or damaged goods.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding missing or damaged goods.
- Proactively following up open claims and managing reports.
- Provide a high level of customer services from general enquiries to resolving customer complaints/issues

**About You**
- Technically savvy with exposure to SAP and Microsoft office - Microsoft Excel skills is essential.
- Administration skills with general Logistics knowledge. Experience within a warehouse environment will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile in order to exceed the customer's expectations
- Problem Solving - Ability to identify, investigate and resolve problems in a timely manner
- High level of attention to details and strong organisational and prioritisation skills
