**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Regional WHS Officer, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Work Health and Safety systems, processes, policy, legislation, frameworks and initiatives at an Aged Care Centre (ACC) level. The position is responsible for engaging directly with ACC leaders and team members to influence a positive safety culture with a strong emphasis on ensuring workplace practices are correctly evidenced, controlled and compliant.**To be successful you will have**:

- Certificate IV in WHS
- Incident Investigation trained
- Return-To-Work Coordinator accreditation
- Fire Officer accreditation
- Proven experience in a similar WHS or Human Resources generalist role
- Proven ability to identify, analyse and report on risks and data as well as develop effective and efficient strategies to manage risks and improve performance
- High level communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to maintain confidential information in a professional and discrete manner
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and understanding importance of Safety KPI’s
