Regional Commercial Valuer

About the Role

Australia Wide Valuers is seeking Regional Commercial Valuers to work primarily in ACT. The position is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the commercial, industrial retail space, and residential. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets. Ideally, the successful applicant will be available to work five (5) weekdays. You will be based at our office in ACT with working from home arrangements to be considered once fully trained.

What you'll do:

· Assist valuers with inspections, research & reporting

· Conduct market analysis & prepare valuation reports

· Liaise with clients, agents & stakeholders

· Support compliance with professional standards

To be successful in the role you will need to be:

· Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the property valuation field across multiple asset classes

· Degree in Valuation (Property), Land Economics, or a related discipline

· Must have MRICS or API-CPV accreditation.

· Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.

· Career-focused with a sound work ethic

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Excellent organizational skills and absolute attention to detail

· Ability to adapt quickly and work in a range of locations throughout ACT, Valid Driver's License

· Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
