We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our HR business partnering team. You will be reporting to the Senior People Partner and work strategically and operationally through partnering with the business to create a high performance culture that delivers highly valued outcomes. You will have experience partnering with senior stakeholders and be able to autonomously execute HR plans which elevate our culture and capability within the organisation.
Key to your success in this role will be your relationship building skills, influencing and negotiation ability, as well as working effectively in a team and autonomously. You will be passionate about helping people, personable and approachable, whilst being capable of influencing and advising stakeholders. And most importantly, you will be eager to make a difference.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Acting as a trusted partner, you will establish effective relationships with business leaders and their lines of business to understand key business drivers and people needs- Supporting the development and execution of both global and regional HR programs of work and ensuring people plans are delivered- Partnering with the business to provide generalist advice, guidance and support aligned to people plans- Providing leadership across the business by taking a key role in developing and coaching leaders while role modelling the way we do things at Iress Facilitate cyclical people process activities for your client groups, such as the annual salary review- Dealing with complex employee relations (ER) issues- Proactively analyse and identify trends in data to inform future planning, developing and maintaining a sound commercial understanding of the markets, strategies and operations within which Iress operates- Delivering, supporting and improving HR operational deliverables as required
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a HR role, with a breadth of knowledge across the HR spectrum and employee life cycle- Sound knowledge of employment law-
- High level of resilience working in a fast paced environment- Experience of creating, designing and implementing HR initiatives at a variety of levels and complexities- Ability to have ownership, self-motivation and drive to deliver exceptional service- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders- Proactive approach to HR trends and best practice
