**Your New Role**

As a Communications Consultant on either a 6-month (x2 roles) or 12-month (x2 roles) contract, you will be supporting a new Fund wide project to create a suite of product and service communications. You will work across multiple internal works streams and with the Fund’s external communications provider to ensure all new communications are simplified, compelling and member centric.

To achieve this, you will build meaningful connections with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and capabilities - and identify opportunities for rationalisation, digitalisation, and member engagement uplift.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

- Create new compelling communications, across multiple project streams.
- Ensure communications adopt a consistent tone of voice to achieve a seamless member experience.
- Understand end-to-end journeys across all Project streams to ensure communications are fit-for-purpose and channel appropriate.
- Craft communications that adhere to channel preference frameworks and communication hierarchy rules to support the Fund’s digital communication strategy.
- Work with the Fund’s external communications provider and Design team/s to ensure new communication templates are on-brand and meet best practice expectations.
- Introduce a test and learn framework to ensure new communications meet objectives.
- Review regular reporting generated by external Communications provider and identify optimisation opportunities ongoing. RG146 highly regarded

**What You’ll Need**
- Experience in either superannuation, insurance or financial services highly regarded.
- Well-developed ability in converting technical concepts into plain language for all audiences.
- Extensive experience developing a wide variety of end
- to-end communications, including the writing, sign-off management, design management, production, and distribution of communications across multiple channels for different audiences.
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Proven track record to collaborate with other parties to achieve project outcomes.
- A degree of comfort with AI technologies to support content creation tasks.
- An ability to work well with others through presenting ideas, perspectives, and solutions.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to deliver programs on-time, to budget, and to the required standard. Experience working within transitions beneficial.
