**About the Role**:
The Executive Officer provides quality advice and executive support and assistance to the Regional Director including diary management, prioritising correspondence, preparing agendas, mintues and papers.
This role coordinates and prepares a range of correspondence and communication on behalf of the Office of the Regional Director and ensures adherance to tight timelines.
**Responsibilities include**:
**The Executive Officer will**:
- Organise and provide high quality confidential administrative and executive support to the Regional Director.
- Support the provision of administrative and executive services, communications and events, and business and corporate services for the Regional office, including where required the supervision of staff.
