**Otter Fencing | When quality matters**

**The Position**

Working in a fun and fast paced environment, you will be reporting through to the Sales Manager and working as a key member of the team. Your primary objective is to provide Customer Service and Administrative support to the business. The variety of work will keep you busy, and you will have support, every step of the way

Full training will be provided and over time you’ll develop a solid working knowledge of our products, our processes and our customer base. At Otter Fencing we understand it takes time to learn about what we do and how we do it and to have an impact

Responsibilities will Include:

- Handling telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner;
- Entering customer enquiries/ leads including tenders into the system;
- Counter/cash sale customer enquiries;
- Raise and send support only quotes;
- and the list goes on.

As you learn the business, you’ll enjoy busy days in a position that puts you right in the centre of all the action

**Key Selection Criteria**

Additional Selection Criteria includes;
- Great verbal communication skills - presenting well over the phone is critical, so too is your ability to be personable and explain yourself clearly;
- A proven track record as a good team player;
- A keen attention to detail and a natural willingness to take care and get things right the first time;
- An ability to ‘think on your feet’, multitask and remain effective under pressure;
- Confident technology skills - you’ll be tech savvy and keen to integrate technology as much as you can to improve the efficiency of the work you do;
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
