As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service culture that represents our company brand with pride. A great opportunity to join our professional, close-knit team who strive to provide an exceptional level of customer service to both potential and existing customers. This is a fast-paced and varied customer service and administration role.

A typical day will involve:

- assisting customers with order placement, processing transactions and credits
- maintaining customer account information, contract pricing updates, contact details, preferences and transaction history within our CRM system
- handling of customer sales enquiries, requests and issues, providing information, troubleshooting and resolving problems

**About You**

Ideally you'll have customer service and/or administration experience with confidence and desire to answer incoming calls. Along with a keenness to learn our products and work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well organised team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.

In addition, you will bring:

- ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house ERP system
- ability to work under pressure with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively with competing priorities
- outstanding communication and customer service skills
