With a current install based of over 14,000 solutions globally, the Australian market is set to expand its current portfolio by offering state of the art intelligent solutions.

**About the Role, you will be required to**:

- Answer incoming phone calls, and promptly forward to relevant team members
- Prepare and Process Service quotes (with support from Technical Services Manager & BDM), Service Orders and Service tickets
- Request, obtain and process Purchase Orders and change orders
- Scan and file documents
- Pick, pack and organise shipments in conjunction with operations as required (heavy lifting required)
- Prepare supporting documentation and submit orders for invoicing
- Perform Required Functions in Customer Online Portals for order / invoice processing
- Maintain spreadsheets as required

**About You**
- Exceptional customer service focus with a professional and friendly manner
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Dynamics 365 preferred
- Ability to learn new systems
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior time management
- Flexibility in approach to work and hours
- Forklift Licence preferred - willingness to obtain one

**Skills and experience**
- Min 2 years. Office / Customer Service Experience
- Ability to analyse and interpret documents such as safety rules, site plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
