Your new company is a state government organisation that requires a Remuneration Consultant to join their team for a 6-month contract to cover a secondment.
**Your new role**
This role will develop detailed remuneration analytical models, including internal and external benchmarking, monitoring current workforce remuneration requirements; assisting in developing reports to support informed remuneration and service planning decision-making for Senior Employees of the cluster across assigned divisions.
The role will undertake job evaluations and is responsible for performing internal and external comparisons of job value while facilitating the development of new roles and responsibilities, to facilitate a platform of better career management for employees and increased workplace flexibility across assigned divisions of the organisation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you should have demonstrated experience in a remuneration & benefits role or be a strong HR generalist who has taken companies through annual remuneration cycles previously.
Experience and qualifications in Mercer is highly regarded.
You must have intermediate excel skills and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
**What you'll get in return**
In return for this role you will receive a 6-month contract with flexible working arrangements and a daily rate of $600 + super.
