**This is a full-time position based temporarily at Marsden Park, with occasional travel to our retail stores within NSW across a rotational roster.**

This role will report to the Loss Prevention Specialist and has duel responsibilities in the Global Safety & Security Centre (GSSC) and the Processing Centre (PC). This position is primarily responsible for centrally managing access control to the PC and Stores through the use of CCTV, alarms and access control systems.
- Ensure access control compliance with company security procedures for vehicles and Associates
- Report all alarm activation and document site attendance
- Conduct locker and bag checks, recording and reporting any breaches of company policy
- Manages perimeter security, communicating breaches and following up on repairs when required.
- Conduct compliance audits and physical site security reviews to identify non-compliance to company policy and standards.
- Implementation an ongoing review of audit action plans to reduce shrinkage and increase compliance standards.
- Assist in ensuring the integrity of inventory management through monitoring stock movement processes and reports.
- Utilise electronic surveillance systems (GPS units) to identify and investigate unethical or dishonest behaviour.
- Ability to work with Warehouse Management to resolve security and loss prevention issues.
- Liaising with external stakeholders as required, e.g. security service providers, police, industry groups, etc.

**Requirements needed**
- A current Class 1A NSW Security License
- A current Australian driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle
- At least 3 years of Loss Prevention, Investigation, Compliance and Audit experience
- Flexible with local travel and working hours
- Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment (is desirable)
- Hands on, attention to detail and accuracy with the tenacity and perseverance to grapple with figures and stock counts, problem-solve and trace discrepancies to their source
