**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for providing fast, effective technical support to our national dealer and customer network. You'll diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to quality reporting and new product development. Your insights will be key in shaping product improvements and training delivery across the business.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED**:

- Provide technical support for a range of ActronAir products (ducted, package, VRF, multi-room, control systems)
- Support product quality investigations and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve complex issues
- Assist with on-site support and commissioning when needed

**YOU WILL NEED**:
There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

- Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Experience with advanced air conditioning controls
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
- Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
