As a

**Primary duties of the role include**:

- Follow pre-defined actions to respond to alarms and effectively investigate root causes
- Monitor health of security systems and endpoints; collects data and context necessary to initiate corrective actions
- Conduct CCTV video review to investigate alarms, incidents, and other safety/security events
- Respond to alarms that are activated and action alarms in accordance with policy
- Monitor access to the monitored sites and ensure that only authorised persons gain access
- Report and follow up on failures and/or malfunctions in security matters to key stakeholders

**To be successful in this role; you will require**:

- Eligibility for NV1 Clearance (Australain Citizen)
- Certificate II or III in Security Operations
- Proven experience as a Control Room Operator
- Current and valid NSW Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Available to work a Rotating Roster
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Sound Computer skill set
