We're now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller / EDI Operations Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our inventory systems and EDI order processes.

About the Role

In this dual role, you'll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, processing electronic orders, and ensuring seamless data flow between our warehouse, customers, and suppliers.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing daily EDI transactions (orders, invoices, ASN/shipping notifications).
  • Monitoring and reconciling inventory levels across systems.
  • Investigating stock discrepancies and coordinating adjustments.
  • Working closely with the warehouse and office team to ensure accurate stock movement.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding order or data issues.
  • Generating inventory and performance reports.
  • Supporting process improvements and system updates.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in inventory control, warehouse admin, or supply chain coordination.
  • Working knowledge of EDI systems (experience with Coles, Woolworths, Bunnings, or similar trading partners is a plus).
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (Cin7, DEAR, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team environment.
