We’re now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Inventory Controller / EDI Operations Administrator** to join our team and take ownership of our inventory systems and EDI order processes.

**About the Role**

In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, processing electronic orders, and ensuring seamless data flow between our warehouse, customers, and suppliers.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing daily EDI transactions (orders, invoices, ASN/shipping notifications).
- Monitoring and reconciling inventory levels across systems.
- Investigating stock discrepancies and coordinating adjustments.
- Working closely with the warehouse and office team to ensure accurate stock movement.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding order or data issues.
- Generating inventory and performance reports.
- Supporting process improvements and system updates.

**Skills & Experience**

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in inventory control, warehouse admin, or supply chain coordination.
- Working knowledge of EDI systems (experience with Coles, Woolworths, Bunnings, or similar trading partners is a plus).
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (Cin7, DEAR, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team environment.
