What's the role?
We're seeking a
Manager, Performance
to join the Segment Performance & Optimisation team within Commercial Bank. In this role, you'll combine strong analytical and financial modelling skills with commercial acumen to shape the bank's financial and strategic agenda. You'll partner with leaders across Finance, Product, and Strategy to provide insights that drive growth, efficiency, and capital optimisation.

From assessing performance and building business cases to tracking progress on key initiatives, you'll play a pivotal role in improving business outcomes and guiding strategic decisions across Working Capital, Lending, Deposits, and broader transformation programs. If you thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and enjoy turning data into strategy, this role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact.

What do I need?

  • 3–6 years' experience in finance, strategy, business analysis or management consulting (banking/FS preferred
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen
  • Experience analysing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proven ability to map business processes and recommend efficiency enhancements
  • Skilled in developing business cases, forecasts, and performance insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating clear, executive-level PowerPoint presentations
  • Exposure to strategic planning, capital management, or performance reporting (desirable)
