The Opportunity
This role blends performance strategy and client partnership, perfect if you love owning both the numbers and the relationship. You'll be hands-on managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google while leading strategy and day-to-day communication for your own client portfolio.
It's a high-impact role where you're not just executing, but actively driving growth. Think full funnel strategy, constant testing, data-led decisions, and real accountability, all while collaborating with top-tier specialists across creative, web, copy, and strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other key platforms
- Partner directly with clients to lead strategy, share updates, and adjust direction based on performance insights
- Write conversion-focused copy and collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-performing assets
- Maintain brand consistency and report on results weekly
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts
- Collaborate with web and funnel teams to improve landing pages and user flows
What You'll Bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in paid media buying or performance marketing
- Proven track record managing acquisition or direct response campaigns across Meta and Google
- Strong understanding of full funnel strategy and conversion optimisation
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship management
- Eye for creative performance and ability to write or brief compelling ad copy
- Great attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
