The Opportunity

This role blends performance strategy and client partnership, perfect if you love owning both the numbers and the relationship. You'll be hands-on managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google while leading strategy and day-to-day communication for your own client portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other key platforms
  • Partner directly with clients to lead strategy, share updates, and adjust direction based on performance insights
  • Write conversion-focused copy and collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-performing assets
  • Maintain brand consistency and report on results weekly
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts
  • Collaborate with web and funnel teams to improve landing pages and user flows

What You'll Bring

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in paid media buying or performance marketing
  • Proven track record managing acquisition or direct response campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Strong understanding of full funnel strategy and conversion optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills and client relationship management
  • Eye for creative performance and ability to write or brief compelling ad copy
  • Great attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
