Role Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Manager to join our team full-time in Sydney. You are smart and able to find new opportunities to build our new and existing partners list. You are commercially astute and have experience in managing relationships with clients. You also understand the value of interacting with internal teams to ensure that Finder continues to grow.
You will lead and take ownership of the Insurance verticals on Finder. This includes taking ownership of the revenue, the partnerships, and all other aspects required to own this role from a client services perspective. You will also manage team members directly towards company goals, supporting and empowering them to drive high-performance outcomes.
You will have a direct report to manage and work directly with the Group Performance Manager to direct outcomes, spotting commercial opportunities, and collaborating with the internal teams.
You need to have a wide range of skills in the areas of implementation, daily tracking & pacing, reporting, analytics, internet marketing, monetisation, merchandising, account management, & sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Building and improving relationships with new and existing partners or clients
- Provide data-backed performance insights to clients (market insights, performance benchmarking) and provide recommendations/opportunities to drive further growth via Finder's platform.
- Management of crew members toward high-performance outcomes
- Manage a direct report (data analytics support) to ensure partners' performance data is updated and accurate
- Preparing contracts / IOs and Proposals for clients
- Spotting commercial opportunities and collaborating with the internal team to drive
- Identify and recommend strategies to improve performance
- Ensuring that all finder sites are optimised for the optimal commercial advantage
Essential requirements of the role:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Have a proactive attitude - constantly seeking to take action and build Finder
- Have great communication skills – written, verbal and presentational
- Data analytics - spotting market trends, E2E digital performance
- Can work independently and to deadlines
- Love learning new technologies and skills
- Experience in a digital role involving performance improvement
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Excel and PowerPoint
