Macmahon Maintenance Masters is currently seeking 2 experienced **Recruitment & Mobilisation Specialists** to join the team in a full time permanent capacity based at the Perth Airport WAC Workshop. Macmahon Maintenance Masters is Macmahon's internal labour support division focused on providing skilled tradespeople to the business. You will be part of a small, high-energy team where your multiple skill sets, and qualifications will be highly valued. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- End to end recruitment for blue-collar trade roles
- Job advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, and conducting due diligence
- Engage with hiring managers to understand requirements and to develop relationships
- Proactive talent searching
- Mobilisations - organising medicals, PPE, contracts, inductions, site access for both new starters and transfers

**To be successful the following is required**:

- 1-2 years in a similar position - mining recruitment and mobilisation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience using Success Factors recruitment platform - highly regarded

Should you be successful in this role, you will be required to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test along with obtaining a National Police Clearance.
