**About the Role**

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working collaboratively across the organisation, some of your key tasks will include;
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job briefings, advertising, resume screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking and collating qualifications, certificates, and licences
- Coordinating pre-employment checks, which includes booking pre-employment medical, security checks, proof of entitlement to work in Australia and police checks
- Facilitating timely new starter onboarding and employee transfers and maintaining recruitment and mobilisation trackers
- Ensuring the ongoing updating and maintenance of the HRIS, and employee information and records

**About You**

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally withing the construction or resources sector, in addition you will have strong communication and influencing skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Your high level attention to detail
- The ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and have good record-keeping skills
- Previous experience using Flare HR and LiveHire is preferred but not essential
