We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Officer to support our Commercial Services Team (CST) in Adelaide South Australia, this exciting role based in the Commercial Services Team will be reporting directly to the SA|NT Workflow Coordinator.

As unique as this role is, we also require an exceptional problem solver, who has the potential to make a real genuine difference by putting our team and customers always first. Being an inspirational team member who has pragmatic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced role.

You will be responsible for working alongside our Account Managers (Commercial Sales Team) with day-to-day sales support of in-bound calls to the Commercial Services Team, whist ensuring the highest level of customer service in the network is maintained. You will have sound in-depth building / construction & supply chain knowledge and experience paired with excellent influence skills that enable the team to thrive while ensuring continuous success & development of our commercial strategies.

- Proven experience in a sales support or administration role
- Process Purchase Orders for our Volume Clients
- Contribute to a great team culture
- Quoting to market conditions as per customer’s request

- Be the conduit between our customer service teams & order fulfilment sites
- Build strong relationships with all Internal and External stakeholders
- Support accurate orders for our account management teams
- Work with our CCRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers
- Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base

You’ll need:

- Strong Planning & organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise & Manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resilient with the ability to problem solve.
- COS and CCRM experience advantageous
