**About the Company**

Davidson Technology are currently supporting one of Australia’s most renowned companies that operates at the forefront of the ICT industry to deliver high quality services to millions of customers.

We are seeking a Support Analyst for an initial 6-month contract role, with an hourly rate of up to $90 including superannuation, and potential for extension.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be a key member in the team responsible for computer vison, supporting a major rollout. Your team will manage the messaging component of the project.

You will be responsible for resolving tickets, rebooting constrainers, serve management and act as an escalation point for complex issues.

Shift and weekend work is part of this role, but will be flexible to your needs.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong experience in support roles, specifically resolving Level 3 issues
- Strong experience in Linux and Docker
- Good systems administration and engineering experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience with Kafka is desirable
